How much does it cost to courier my purchase?
ORE Jewellery offers a free tracked courier to any local New Zealand address on orders over $50.00. For any order below $50.00 the shipping fee is no higher than $5.00. You can expect to receive your order within 5 working days.
*NB – All non-signature couriers are at your own risk. Once an order has been “delivered” by Courier Post, ORE Jewellery will take no further responsibility should on the very slim chance that the order be misplaced.
At ORE Jewellery, we do ship internationally at a flat rate of NZD30 to Australia and NZD50 to the rest of the world. Your order is tracked and will be delivered within 14 working days.
What currency do you use?
ORE Jewellery is a New Zealand company and we use the New Zealand dollar.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID.
Can I change my delivery address?
We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on +64 3 343 0302 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I have changed my mind about an item?
We want to inspire and delight you with your jewellery purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.
What if my item is faulty?
What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?

Can I return Sale/Clearance items?
Yes, you can return sale items.
How do I return my purchase?
Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork. Include a copy of your returns slip or shipping or order confirmation email in the package.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept cash on delivery returns. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss. ORE Jewellery will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
Can I return my item to an ORE Jewellery store?
You will need to work with our online team to process a return that has been purchased online by either calling +6433430302 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How long do I have to return my purchase?
You may return new items purchased from ORE Jewellery online within 20 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.
When will I receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.
How will I be refunded?
We refund you with a bank transfer. We will make contact to acquire these details.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Bank Deposit.
Can I use my Gift Card online?
Gift Cards can only be redeemed instore.
